About the role
Our vision
Funding should not fail because of bureaucracy. We want a world where organisations put their energy where it is needed – into their projects and their impact, not into funding logic, forms and administration.
Our mission
We are building the digital infrastructure for grant funding: research across 18,000+ programmes, AI-supported analysis and application drafting, review by funding experts and ongoing grant management. AI takes on what scales – people decide where experience and judgement matter.
Your role
You translate your funding expertise into a product that fundamentally changes grant work. Our platform reduces complexity – but it does not replace professional responsibility. Funding only works when someone understands requirements, structures them and translates them into coherent, funding-logical applications. That is your role.
You work with nonprofit organisations that want to create impact but often fail for lack of time, resources or funding expertise. You bring structure, clarity and certainty to the entire application process – and make sure good projects do not fail because of funding logic or formal errors.
You are not an application typist. You are the professional sparring partner and quality authority in the funding process – and your experience flows directly into the standards and workflows of the platform.
What you'll do
Analyse and assess funding programmes at EU, federal and state level – funding logic, requirements, formal preconditions
Develop complete application packages: project logic, measures, goals, KPIs, budget argumentation
Ensure funding compliance with guidelines and ancillary provisions
Advise organisations on structuring and sharpening their project ideas
Work with the AntragPlus platform – research, structuring, drafting, documentation – and make it better with your feedback
Prepare and review interim and proof-of-use reports
Develop templates, standards and best practices, and support less experienced colleagues professionally
How we'll measure success

Our values
Our values are how decisions get made — even when the founders aren't in the room.
Customer First
We choose the customer's success even when it means doing unglamorous work — and we tell customers no when it serves them.
Complete Ownership
We own problems, not tasks — even when the problem isn't in our job description. Proposals, not diagnoses; no delegating upwards.
Ship, Learn, Repeat
We choose speed and iteration even when it means rough edges and visible mistakes. Do it by hand first, then automate.
One Team
We assume the best of each other even when it would be easier to assign blame — and respect includes saying uncomfortable things early.
